Practical Information
Avoriaz is easily accessible via the A40 highway or the Route des Grandes Alpes. Its proximity to Geneva International Airport—less than 1 hour and 30 minutes away by shuttle or taxi—makes it an international destination.
There are no cars here. All travel is done on foot, by horse-drawn carriage, or on skis. Specialized shuttles (small buses, snowcats, or horse-drawn carriages) are also available to transport guests to their accommodations.
