This apartment was completely redesigned and renovated a few years ago using high-end materials and can accommodate up to 6 people. Exposed stone, old regional wood paneling, and vintage cement tiles now give this charming apartment its character.
It is ideally located in the heart of the Falaise neighborhood (the most sought-after area) in a small building with only 20 apartments.
Housing
The apartment is ideally located on the ground floor, facing southeast, and offers direct access to the outdoors from the balcony. Recently renovated, the apartment features a mountain-style design and is built using local materials, namely wood and stone.

– 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm). Ample storage space under the bed and a view of the surrounding mountains from the bed. (Especially the Hauts Forts!)
– 1 loft area with 1 bunk bed measuring 70 x 190 cm
– Main living area with a fully equipped oak kitchen featuring a built-in microwave with grill, built-in dishwasher, induction cooktop, Nespresso machine, fondue set, raclette set, etc.
Large solid pine table, sleeper sofa with a real mattress measuring 140 cm x 190 cm, 32-inch flat-screen TV, home theater soundbar, etc.
– Large, 7 m² balcony with unobstructed views, offering direct access to the lawns and snow-covered area through a gate. You can set up lounge chairs on the grass or snow in front of the residence, as the neighborhood is very quiet, very green, and has no through traffic.
New for the 2016/2017 winter season: 1 Super Nintendo console from 1990 to relive the best moments of your childhood—available in the apartment for both adults and children to enjoy.
We live in the area, so the apartment is often used by our family and is always stocked with plenty of books, board games, children’s games, and more…
There will always be someone on site at the resort to welcome you and answer any questions you may have throughout your stay.
During the winter, bed linens and towels are provided in the apartment, and a final cleaning is included at the end of your stay.
