This apartment was completely redesigned and renovated in 2020 using high-end materials. Solid oak flooring, exposed stone, wood paneling made from reclaimed local wood, and vintage cement tiles now characterize this charming apartment.
It is ideally located in the heart of the historic Old Town, just 50 meters from the lake.
The entrance is on Place Notre-Dame, which was recently repaved and converted into a pedestrian-only area.
Housing
Located on the first floor of a very unique historic house in Annecy, the apartment faces southeast.
A large wooden gallery stretching over 12 meters above the canal, featuring large windows, makes this a truly unique property.

As soon as you step into the apartment, you’ll be charmed by this gallery, which has been transformed into a beautiful modern kitchen open to the dining area, allowing you to enjoy the sunlight and the lively atmosphere outside as the canal flows right beneath your feet.

– 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed (90 cm x 190 cm).

The apartment will be yours for the entire duration of your stay.

We recommend purchasing a multi-day pass:
2-day passes (€25), 3-day passes (€33), or 5-day passes (€45)
These passes are valid from one date to another. Pass holders may enter and exit the parking lot as they please during the selected period. To purchase a pass, simply insert your entry ticket into an automated payment machine and select the number of days you wish to use. You must keep this ticket with you for the duration of your stay.

IMPORTANT:
For reservations for 4 people, the double bed and the 2 single beds in the bunk bed will be made up.
Please let us know in advance if you would also like to use the sofa bed; linens for this sleeping arrangement will incur an additional charge (€20 per stay).
